Placing an Order Online at Exotic Birds hub
Step-by-Step Guide to Purchasing Exotic Parrots and Eggs

Step 1: Browse the Catalog

Explore our online catalog to find the parrot(s) you are interested in.
You may also use the Search Box to quickly locate a specific species or product.

Step 2: Add to Cart

Select the parrot(s) you wish to purchase. Review the images and detailed product description. Choose the desired quantity. Click “Add to Cart” to move forward.

Step 3: Select a Shipping Option

After adding your chosen parrot(s) to your cart, select your preferred delivery method:
• Standard Shipping (3–7 days, depending on location)
• Express Delivery (Overnight or within two days)
Then proceed to checkout.

Step 4: Checkout

When you are ready to finalize your order, click the shopping cart icon at the top-right corner of the page.
Review your cart to ensure all details are correct.
If you have a coupon code, enter it and click “Apply Coupon.”
On the Checkout page, log in using your email and password.
If you are a new customer, simply enter your email and create a password. An account will be created for you automatically.

Step 5: Payment Instructions

Choose your preferred payment method: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Chime Pay, Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin), Cryptocurrency (USDT), or any other available payment option.
Click “Place Order.”
Your order number and payment instructions will appear on the screen.
Orders are packaged and shipped only after payment has been received.

Step 6: Delivery & Tracking

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will ship the same day; orders placed after will ship the next business day.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it becomes available.
