Exotic Birds Hub guarantees that all bird(s) are in good health at the time of delivery and exhibit no signs of illness, disease, or parasitic conditions. We further warrant that the bird(s) are free from viral infections, pathogenic bacterial infections, fungal infections, and any congenital defects.

The buyer is strongly encouraged to have the bird(s) examined by a licensed avian veterinarian of their choice within three (3) business days of delivery to confirm the health status of the bird(s). Should the examining veterinarian identify any condition that affects the health or well-being of the bird(s) during this period, all laboratory reports and findings must be shared with EXOTIC BIRDS FARM’s attending veterinarian for review and confirmation of the diagnosis.

Upon verification of the condition and the return of the bird(s) to EXOTIC BIRDS FARM, we will, at our discretion, either provide a full refund of the purchase price or offer a replacement bird(s) of the same species, sex (if known), and approximate age. This guarantee becomes null and void if the leg band(s) have been removed.

If the buyer does not obtain a veterinary examination within the specified three-day period, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the purchase is considered final and the bird(s) are accepted in “as-is” condition.

Unless otherwise indicated, all Caiques have been vaccinated against Avian Polyoma Virus.
