The process is extremely straightforward and secure. All shipments are made exclusively through trusted commercial airlines.

Our Health Guarantee

We offer one of the strongest bird health guarantees in the industry, and we fully stand behind it. Our commitment is simple: every bird we sell is guaranteed to be in perfect health at the time of purchase.

To validate this guarantee, you must take your bird to a certified Avian Veterinarian within five (5) days of receiving it for any examinations or tests you choose. These tests are at your expense, and we can advise you on the most appropriate options.

If any issues are identified that can be easily treated, we will cover the full cost of all medications and necessary treatments. If the results are unsatisfactory or indicate a serious concern, we will either replace the bird or refund 100% of the purchase price—at our discretion.

Five-Day Guarantee Period

Our health guarantee applies for the first five days after the bird leaves our care. While we maintain complete control over the bird’s environment prior to delivery, we cannot extend the guarantee beyond this period once the bird is in a new environment. We guarantee that every bird leaves our facility fully healthy, well-socialized, and properly prepared for its new home.

Your role is to continue providing appropriate care, and we are always available to support you with guidance and premium bird products to ensure long-term well-being.

Interstate Shipping

We coordinate all shipping details, including flight schedules, a few days in advance—weather permitting. Prior to departure, customers receive the airway bill number, flight details, and the estimated arrival time for pickup.
